Te challenge in this Petition is to the order dated 07.09.2023 made by the Co-operative Officer/Unit Incharge II having the effect of dissolving the Board of Directors of 4th October 2023

Te learned Advocate General states that the impugned order dated 07.09.2023 stands withdrawn and the appropriate Authority, will now comply with the principles of natural justice and make a fresh order in accordance with law. 5.

Accordingly, the above statement is accepted and this Petition is disposed of.
