By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to the respondent no. 2 for the early disposal of mutation case no. MAM/BAR/TI-REC/Goa/RERA/7/2022/3750 pending before this respondent.

2. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents states, on instructions, that respondent no.2 will positively dispose of the mutation proceedings within six weeks from the passing of this order. This statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 10th September, 2024
