Shri Nachinolkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioners intend to file an application for regularization of the structure. He submits that the petitioners shall produce appropriate documents along with the application for regularization. The petition is accordingly disposed off as withdrawn. Needless to mention that if such an application for regularization is filed, the competent authority may consider it in accordance with law on its own merits. It is made clear that this Court has not examined the rival contentions of the parties.
