The grievance of the Petitioner is that his applications for renewal filed on 18 July 2018 and 21 July 2018 with regard to license for hotel and restaurant are not being decided by the Respondent no.1.

2. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent no.1, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's applications shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition by directing Respondent no.1 to take appropriate

WP/990/2017 decision on the Petitioner's aforesaid applications in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of one month from the date of this order.
