Heard Petitioner present in person, Ms S. Kamat, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for respondent no.1 and 2 and Respondent no 3 who is present in person.

2. Respondent no.3 submitted that though he carried out corrections in the mutation process in time, the same was not uploaded on the website since he was busy in election duty during the months of April and May. Subsequently, he was transferred from the said post and accordingly, it remained to be carried out.

3. Ms Kamat now submits that entries have been carried out and it is updated on the website. She also passed on a soft copy of the survey record to the applicant in person.

Since the updation is now carried out on the website, Petition stands 9th September, 2024
