We have perused the reasons set out in Misc. Civil Application No.432/2023 and on being satisfied with them, we recall the order dated 5th July 2023 and restore the Appeal as against the unserved Respondents.

Further, we also allow Misc. Civil Application No. 431/2023 and permit the Appellants to serve the unserved Respondents by Registered A.D., email and other possible modes of service.
