This is an application for early hearing on the ground that the matter is long pending and that they were not heard at the time of admitting the Appeal on the substantial questions of law. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the original proceedings are of the year 1987.

2. Learned Advocate for the respondent-original appellants submits that appellant no.1 and 1(h) have expired and that she would take appropriate steps to bring the legal heirs on record.

3. The application for early hearing is therefore allowed and

MCA/133/2018 Appeal to be listed for final hearing in the month of June 2018. The original-appellants to take appropriate steps to bring the legal heirs of the said deceased-appellants on record.

4. List the matter in April for necessary steps. Application stands disposed off.
