This is an application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.10 lakhs, from out of the total compensation of Rs.56,15,668/-, deposited by the respondent-insurance company, before this Court on 16.03.2018.

2. An unmarried son of the applicants met with an unfortunate accidental death in a vehicular accident. According to the applicants, they are senior citizens and they need the amount for incurring expenses towards medical treatment.

3. Considering the overall circumstances and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The

MCA/711/2018 applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.10 lakhs, out of the amount deposited by the respondent, before this Court. The remaining amount shall continue to remain invested in a fixed deposit with a nationalized bank.
