Accordingly, the order for compounding of the said proceedings is confirmed. Parties are permitted to compound the offence. Accordingly, the impugned sentence and compensation awarded by the Courts below is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter filed under Section 138 of the NI Act stands compounded.
