Heard Mr. Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Bhobe, learned counsel for Respondent No.1.

2. After this matter was argued for some time, Mr. Bhobe on the basis of the instructions from the Respondent No.1 makes a statement that the Respondent No.1 will follow the procedure as prescribed under clauses 30(a), 30(b) and 30(c) as set out in the consent terms which incorporates the aforesaid clauses, including clause 31 which deals with the issue of arbitration.

3. Mr. Bhobe further states that consistent with the clause 31,

ARP/1/2019 only upon exhaustion of remedies prescribed in clauses 30(a) to 30(c), the parties will proceed to arbitration.

4. The aforesaid statements are accepted. Mr. Rao accepts that the reliefs in the application stand accordingly redressed with acceptance of above statements.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the mandate for the present Arbitrator stands terminated.
