This is an application for condonation of delay of 14 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. The application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. It is submitted that there is no cause shown in the application much less a sufficient cause to condone the delay.

3. However, for the reasons mentioned in the application, I am satisfied that the delay deserves to be condoned. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
