This is an application for amendment of the writ petition to introduce subsequent events, as well as add certain additional grounds in the writ petition. The learned Government Advocate has no objection.

2. Hence, the application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to amend the petition in terms of the said application. Amended copy of the petition to be filed within two weeks. The respondents are at liberty to file an additional reply, if any, within two weeks thereafter.

3. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the
