MCA/692/2016

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 1(a) seeks time to file reply to put on record that there was a belated attempt by the Applicant in seeking certified copy of the application.

4. Learned Counsel appearing for the remaining Respondents, submit to the Orders of this Court.

5. On perusal of the averment in the application though the reasons given therein may not be appropriate, but the directions issued by this Court not to create third party rights was subject to the deposit of a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. Such Order would be in operation only after the amount was deposited. The delay in depositing the amount was at the risk of the Applicant. In such circumstances and, in the interest of justice, we find that the time to deposit the amount in terms of the said directions is extended by one week as last chance.

6. Needless to say, if the amount is not deposited within the time prescribed, interim Order, if any, stands vacated. F. M. REIS, J.
