Heard Shri Amonkar, the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

2. This application is for modification of the order dated 18.06.2018, by which, the applicant has been directed to be released on bail, on certain conditions. The applicant is particularly aggrieved by a direction to furnish a detailed local address in Goa. It is contended that the applicant had come down to Goa as tourist and she does not have any local address in Goa.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the part of the order directing the applicant to furnish her local residential

CRMAB/246/2018 address in Goa, is set aside, subject to the condition that the applicant shall furnish a local surety, as has been directed by order dated 18.06.2018. The direction to furnish her native address with proof and mobile number, to be furnished to the Investigating Officer, is hereby maintained.
