On 7th August, 2019, we made the following Order : " Heard Mr. Kaif Noorani, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice to the respondents returnable in four weeks. The notice to indicate that subject to constraint of time, endeavour shall be made to dispose off this petition at the stage of admission.

2. In addition to the usual mode of service, private service is permitted. The petitioner to file an affidavit of service. In case any of the respondents wish to file their affidavit-in-reply, they may do so within a period of two weeks from the date of service, with an advance copy to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Mr. Noorani, learned Counsel for the Petitioner now states that the service is complete and even an affidavit of service is filed. In the order dated 7th August, 2019, we had made it clear that we shall endeavour to dispose of this Petition at the stage of admission.

The only relief claimed by the Petitioner in the present Petition is for a direction to Respondent No.2 to comply with its own order dated 29th June, 2012.

Mr. Noorani points out that the order dated 29th June, 2019 had, in fact, been challenged by Respondent No.1 and such challenge has failed, as even the Hon'ble Apex Court did not finally find any merit in such challenge.

Mr. Rao, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 states that Respondent No.2 will proceed to execute its order dated 29/06/2012, in accordance with law and complete the process within four weeks from today. This statement is accepted. 7.

The Petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
