Shri Amonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The petition is disposed off as withdrawn.

The Criminal Application No.203/2016 is accordingly disposed of as unfructuous.

2. It is however, made clear that this shall not come in the way of the petitioner, from producing the CD in accordance with law in any other legal proceedings, including the one under section 125 Cr.P.C which is said to be pending. The observations and the findings recorded by the learned Magistrate and the learned Sessions Judge, shall not come in the way of the petitioner, in

WPCR/137/2016 any other proceedings as may be pending or initiated by the petitioner.
