1. Heard Mr. A.D. Bhobe with Ms. Prazeres for the applicant and learned Advocate General who appears along with Mr. Deep Shirodkar for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

2. This is an application seeking the withdrawal of Writ Petition No.16 of 2021. Mr. Bhobe, learned Counsel for the applicant points out that the applicant has now secured a government Job and as such is not desirous of prosecuting this petition any longer. 13th September, 2023

3. Considering the submission of Mr. Bhobe and the fact that the reason set out in paragraph No.2 of the petitioner's application, we allow this application and permit the petitioner to withdraw Petition No.16 of 2021.

4. Writ Petition No.16 of 2021 is disposed of as withdrawn.

5. No order for costs.

6. However, it is clarified that the connected Writ Petition No.905 of 2022(F) is not disposed of and will have to be heard finally. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
