It is informed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that Regular Civil Appeal No. 271/2010, on which the impugned order has been passed itself has been dismissed for want of prosecution and as such, the present Petition has become infructuous.
2. Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
3. However, it is clarified that the petitioners shall have liberty to revive the Petition, in the event, in future, a situation 12th October, 2022
WP 854 of 2018 arises that the issue in the present proceedings is required to be re-agitated.
