This is an application for expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition No. 239 of 2021. Petitioner appearing in person submitted that petitioner would be attaining superannuation in the year 2025. Hence, there is urgency in hearing the petition preferred by him. Petition has been admitted in June 2021.
