2. Mr. Shetye, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Applicant submits that in the meantime, the Additional Director of Panchayats has already passed the order which is dated 05.09.2024.

3. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the time to decide the said proceeding is extended. The copy of the order passed by the Additional Director of Panchayats is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
