This is an application for withdrawal of 50 percent of the compensation deposited by the Respondent no.1 in this Court. The Respondent no.1 has no serious objection to the withdrawal subject to the Applicant furnishing an undertaking before this Court.

2. In view thereof, the application stands allowed releasing 50 percent of the compensation with interest accrued thereon in favour of the Applicant nos.1 and 2 who shall execute necessary undertaking before the Registry of this Court to indemnify the Respondent no.1 in the event they succeed in the Appeal.
