For the order that is proposed to be made, no notice is necessary to the respondents. Petitioner's grievance is that its complaint dated 23.01.2022 is not being attended to by the first respondent i.e. Village Panchayat of Se Old Goa. 3.

Accordingly, we direct the first respondent to dispose of petitioner's complaint dated 23.01.2022 in accordance with law 11th OCTOBER 2023

9-WP-639-23.DOC and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible within three months from the receipt of an authenticated copy of this order. 4.

It is clarified that we have not examined the allegations in the petitioner's complaint and it is for the first respondent - Panchayat to examine the same. All contentions of all parties are left open.

With the above directions, this petition is disposed of without any order for costs. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
