Heard Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate for the Applicants and Mr. P.A. Kamat for legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1.

This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent no.1. Considering the averments made 2nd February 2023

966-MCA-38-2022.DOC in the civil application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as follows:

(a) Allow the application for bringing legal heirs of the respondent no.1 in First Appeal No.112/2015 on record.

(b) Allow the applicant to amend the cause title as stated in paragraph 2 of the application and to direct the registry to issue notices to the impleaded legal heirs of respondent no.1 in the above mentioned First Appeal No.112/2015.

Mr. P.A. Kamat states that he will now appear on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1. 4.

Mr. Salkar states that amendment will be carried out within a week from today.
