We have by a separate judgment made Rule absolute and quashed the impugned notification dated 10th August 2017. We had earlier directed on 21st August 2017 that the files from the NGT Western Zone Bench should not be transferred or moved to NGT's principal seat in New Delhi pending our final decision. Now that we have quashed the notification and held that the NGT Western Zone Bench may resume hearing the matters, and since there has been a hiatus of several weeks, we would request the NGT Western Zone Bench to afford Advocates and parties in person sufficient time in fixing the next dates of hearing or filing.
