1. The learned counsel for the Applicant, Mr. Y. V. Nadkarni, upon instructions, makes a statement that the dispute between the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has been settled and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file an application afresh against the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6.

2. The statement is accepted. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, if the law so permits. All objections are kept open.
