Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent nos.1 and 2.

2. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2, on instructions from Mr. Pralhad S. Desai, Assistant Director of Transport, the present Member Secretary of RTA, who is personally present before the Court, states that the applications so far received, including that of the petitioner, shall be decided in accordance with law latest by 31/10/2016. The statement is accepted.
