After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and the fact that Inventory Proceedings are pending from 2017, present appeal can be disposed of by requesting the Inventory Court to take up the said inventory on priority and dispose of the same preferably within a period of six months and that too with the cooperation of both sides.

2. Learned counsel for the parties agree that they will cooperate with the learned Inventory Court in disposal of the said Inventory Proceedings within a period of six months from today.

3. With this assurance and submissions, learned Inventory Court is 25th January, 2024

AO 9 of 2023 requested to dispose of Inventory Proceedings within a period f six months from today.

4. It is needless to say that both the parties shall co-operate with concerned Court for disposal and without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

5. On the above terms Appeal from Order stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any stands disposed of.
