Sequeira, learned Advocate for the petitioner, Mr. Devidas Pangam, learned Advocate General who appears with Mr. Deep Shirodkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr Shivan Desai, learned Advocate for respondent No.3. 2.

The petitioner seeks an appropriate writ directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the petitioner's application for registration of the petitioner's vessel within such time which is deemed fit by this Court. 4th October,2023

The learned Advocate General hands in communication addressed to the petitioner. A copy of this communication is given to Mr.Lotlikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Lotlikar without prejudice states that the issue pointed out in the communication dated 29/09/2023 will be addressed and a rectified application will be filed latest by tomorrow. 5.

The learned Advocate General states that such rectified application will be disposed of in accordance with law within 10days from its receipt. He states that the decision on this rectified application will be communicated to the petitioner within 10days from the date of receipt. 6.

By recording the above statement and directing respondent No.2 to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition.
