Coram:- K. L. WADANE, J.
Date:- 27th April, 2015 P.C.
Heard Mr. V. Amonkar, learned counsel appearing for the applicants.
2. Perused the grounds stated in the application. From the contents of the application, it appears that there is 1531 days delay caused for bringing the legal heirs of respondent no.11. Such delay is caused as the applicants were unaware about the death of respondent no.11. As soon as the applicants came to know about the death of respondent no.11, they have filed an application to bring the legal heirs of respondent no.11 on record along with the application for condonation of delay. Respondent no.11(a) is served with the notice. None present for respondent no.11(a).
MCA/884/2014
3. Looking to the grounds/reasons stated in the application, the delay is explained and is liable to be condoned. Accordingly, it is condoned.
4. The application is disposed of.
