Heard Shri Padiyar, the learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. The applicant seeks extension of time to furnish the Bank Guarantee. By an order dated 11.08.2015, the applicant was directed to furnish Bank Guarantee, within a period of one month. It is submitted that the applicant has already approached the concerned Nationalized Bank and the matter is in process and seeks extension by four weeks.

3. Shri Salkar, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent has no objection.
