On hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent nos. 5 to 8, we find that the petition can be disposed of in terms of the ad-interim order dated 30.08.2017. Ordered accordingly.

2. Needless to mention that if, the petitioners are desirous of getting police protection to the petitioner no. 1-Establishment, in connection with the dispute with the erstwhile contractor, the petitioners shall file an application before the competent Authority, which shall provide the police protection on payment of costs/charges as per Rules.
