Heard learned Advocate General who appears along with Mr. Prashil Arolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the applicants and Mr. Vivek Rodgiues, learned Counsel for the original petitioners in Writ Petition No. 1788 of 2022(F).

Tis application seeks the following relief :

(a) For an order modifying the judgment dated 28/03/2023 passed by this Honourable Court in Writ Petition No.1788/2022(F) to the extent that the case of Original Petitioner No.1, Mrs. Meena U.S. Bhende is not covered by the judgment dated 26/04/2017 passed in Writ Petition No.668/2014 and order dated 14/03/2013 passed in Writ 25th October,2023

907 MCA-515-2023 Petition No.605/2022 and the original Petitioner No.1, Smt. Meena U.S. Bhende cannot be granted the benefit in terms of the law laid down by this Hon'ble Court while disposing Writ Petition No.668/2014."

Mr. Rodrigues, learned Counsel on behalf of the original petition including Smt. Meena U.S. Bhende does not oppose the grant of relief in terms of prayer clause (a). However, he submits that in case Smt. Meena U.S. Bhende has any grievances she should be granted leave to file the appropriate proceedings before the ombudsman seeking redressal of such grievance.

Accordingly, relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (a) quoted above. At the same time, Smt. Meena Bhende is granted liberty to pursue her grievances, if any, before the Ombudsman/Nodal Officer. If such grievances are not ultimately redressed by authorities, Smt. Meena Bhende is granted liberty to file a fresh petition for redressal of her grievances. 5.

Miscellaneous Application No.515 of 2023 is disposed of. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE,J.
