This is a request for an extension of time to dispose of Sessions Case (302) No.6 of 2020 pending before the Sessions Court at Margao. This Court, by its order dated 21.10.2024 passed in Criminal Application (Bail) No.5 of 2024 had directed the Sessions Court to complete the trial by the end of January 2025.

2. For reasons stated in the application, the time to complete the trial shall now stand extended till 15.05.2025.
