The applicant has cleared the arrears which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for permitting withdrawal of Rs.60,000/- as prayed. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
