A coordinate bench of this Court on 12 February, 2021, had passed an order directing the office to ascertain whether anything survives in the Writ Petition and re-notify the matter on 25 February, 2021. There is an office report that the suit being Regular Civil Suit No. 86 of 2015, itself stands withdrawn and the proceedings of the suit were closed on 28 November, 2017.

2. Thus, the present Petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioner to re-verify the proceedings if something survives in the proceedings.
