By this application, the applicants pray that an amount of Rs.3,11,355.00 deposited by the respondent pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 27/09/2007 be released to them along with accrued interest in equal proportion.

2. The respondent had challenged the order of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal dated 10/05/2006. The Civil Revision application was dismissed on 6/02/2013.

3. In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the Registry is directed to pay the applicants an amount of

MCA/832/2014 Rs.3,11,355.00 along with interest accrued thereon in equal proportion to both the applicants. Civil application stands disposed of.
