It is further stated that vide Bailiff report dated 20.12.2023, they were not served. Ld. Advocate for the appellant, further submitted that the addresses mentioned in the notices are the very same addresses mentioned in the cause-title of the impugned judgment. Since the addresses of the respondents mentioned are the very same addresses as per the cause-title in the impugned judgment, there is no possibility to serve this respondents by affixation. Issue notices to all the respondents by widely circulated local daily newspaper "Navprabha". As regards to respondent no. 15A, it is noticed that as per the Bailiff report dated 18.12.2023, respondent no. 15A has refused to accept the notice. Hence, before proceeding for publication as respondent no. 15A 21st November, 2024

MCA 434 of 2024 has refused to accept the notice. Issue notice by affixation upon payment of postal charges as contemplated under Order 5 Rule 20 of CPC, 1908. Application is allowed.
