This is an application moved by the workmen of the Company which is wound up. It appears that there is a delay on the part of the workmen to submit the proof of debts.

2. Considering the fact that the Applicants are workmen, the explanation given by them in the Application having been found reasonable, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).
