1. This is an application for condonation of 30 days delay in filing Civil Revision application. The grounds stated in this application are that the learned Advocate for the Petitioner was under bonafide intention that Writ Petition is maintainable and no limitation would apply for filing this proceedings.

2. However, at a later date, when it was realized that Revision Proceeding was maintainable, the same was filed citing the bonafide reasons.

3. The application is being opposed by the Respondents. However, considering bonafide reason shown and that the application is supported by an affidavit of the Applicants which states these facts in the application, delay needs to be condoned. For that reason, the application is allowed and delay of 30 days in filing Revision Application is condoned. Let the CRA 2140/2023(F) be registered and placed on the admission board on 20/06/2024.
