Heard Mr. Nigel Da Costa Frias, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Sapana Mordekar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The short grievance raised in the petition is that despite of complaint lodged by the petitioner to the concerned Police Station, no F.I.R. has been registered by the respondent no.2. But, however, Ms. Mordekar, the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent no.2 has pointed that an F.I.R. has already been registered bearing No.313/2015 and the investigation in that regard are in progress.

3. In view of the said statement, nothing survives in the above petition. It is clarified that we have not gone into the veracity of the

WP/721/2015 allegations made in the petition by the petitioner.
