Heard Mr. Lobo appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Coutinho for the Respondents.

2. This is an Application for condonation of delay in filing the Revision Application.

3. Mr. Lobo points out that there is a delay of around 120 days in filing the Revision challenging the impugned order and the ground of delay is that the notice was not properly served on the Applicants.

4. Mr. Coutinho appearing for the Respondents submits that Applicant No. 1 is a Company and therefore, service on the Company 29th November, 2023

MCA 472 of 2023 itself is sufficient.

5. Considering the grounds raised in the present Application and the fact that normally, the matter needs to be decided on merits and not on technicalities, the delay in filing the Revision Petition stands condoned subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with the Goa State Legal Services Authority, within one week from today.

6. This Application stands allowed. Subject to deposit of costs with the Goa State Legal Services Authority, the office to register the Civil Revision Application accordingly.
