Heard Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Shri Vivek Rodrigues, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 1 and 2.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties and on perusal of the relief sought by the Petitioner, we find that the relief is only to direct the concerned authorities to examine the representation dated 04.06.2015 which is pending consideration before the Respondent nos. 1 and 2.

3. Without going into the correctness or otherwise of the averments made in such representation, we direct the Respondent nos. 1 and 2 to

WP/816/2015 examine the representation dated 04.06.2015 as expeditiously as possible in, any event, within three months from the date of the receipt of this Order. It is clarified that we have not gone into the merits of the contentions raised by the Petitioner and all the contentions of the parties are left open.
