Shri M. L. Shetkar, ex-President of Goa Government Employees Association alongwith Advocate Shri Thalmann P. Pereira is present. Workmen Shri Dinesh Pundalik Desai and Shri Atmaram Namdev Parab are also present.

Head Clerk from the Office of Principal Chief Engineer, PWD is also present alongwith Advocate Shri Amogh Prabhudessai, AGA.

Both the parties have agreed as follows:

The petitioners Shri Dinesh P. Desai and Shri Atmaram N. Parab will be appointed to the post of Pump Operator, Group C, non-gazetted, in the pay scale of Rs.3050-4590 (Pre-revised) on Workcharged Establishment w.e.f. 07.07.2000 and fixation of their basic pay shall be done on the basis of notional seniority granted to them for the post of the Pump Operator w.e.f. 07.07.2000 and payment of actual benefits shall be from the date of taking charge of the post of Pump Operator, as admissible to them as per rules. The above petitioners shall take charge of the post on Monday, 15.02.2016 and they will be entitled for financial benefits from 15.02.2016.
