The above writ petition essentially seeks direction of this Court to grant permission of sea trial and port clearance for the vessel "A-One" belonging to the petitioners. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners that in view of the interim order passed by this Court dated 21st October, 2008, such sea trial and port clearance was provided by the respondent herein. Hence, the learned Counsel appearing for the parties point out that the petition has become infructuous and the petitioners have no further reliefs surviving in the above writ petition.
