By the aforesaid applications, the applicants seek early hearing of the aforesaid petitions. Vide order dated 24 th February 2021, rule was issued in both the aforesaid petitions and rule was made returnable peremptorily on 7 th June 2021. It is further stated that the aforesaid petitions would be taken up subject to overnight part heard matters, if any. Thereafter, vide order dated th June 2021, liberty was granted to the petitioners to apply for a fixed date for disposal of these petitions.

For the reasons set out in the applications, both the applications are allowed and the aforesaid petitions are fixed for final hearing on 25 th January 2022.

The petitions to be added to the final hearing board on 25th January 2022.
