Mr. Menezes, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition on the ground that the petitioner proposes to file an application for bringing the legal representatives of the original tenant on record before the learned Rent Controller.

2. The impugned orders pertain to the Eviction Revision Application No. 58/2004 and in that view of the matter, if the petitioner makes an application before the Rent Controller for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased tenant on record, the learned Rent Controller shall decide the same independently, in accordance with law.
