This Misc. Civil Applicaiton is for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this court with accrued interest, if any.

2. A note has been put up by Registrar (Judicial) dated 12.2.2024 stating that State is not entitled for any refund but it is the applicant who is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,84,627.42.

3. Mr Munj, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate has no objection to allow the application in view of the above note, considering which Misc. Civil Application no. 451 of 2023 is allowed and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount, with interest if any. 6th March, 2024

4. Mr Munj, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate further agrees to pay the balance amount of Rs.3000/- approximately to the applicant.
