There is delay of 44 days in instituting second appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 07.04.2018 in Regular Civil Appeal No.56/2016. On perusing the application, I find that sufficient cause has been shown by the appellant. This case is to be found in paras 3 and 4 of the application. 5.

Ms. Viegas leaves the matter to the Court. Accordingly, I am satisfied that this application deserves to be allowed and the same is hereby allowed. The delay is condoned and this miscellaneous civil application is disposed of. 6.
