Heard Mr M. Viegas, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. G. Nagvenkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and Ms P. Sawant, learned counsel for respondent no. 3.

2. Vide order dated 23.10.2023 substantive sentence of imprisonment was suspended on the condition that applicant to deposit fine amount within six weeks.

3. Today Mr M. Viegas, submits that fine amount is deposited 22nd January, 2024

CRMA 81 of 2023 though after a period of three days from the date fixed.

4. Since condition no. 5 in the order dated 23.10.2023 is complied with, said order is extended as far as suspension is concerned till the disposal of the appeal.
