On 30th October 2017, the following Order was passed : "Prima Facie reading of the prayers of the Petition will indicate that main cause agitated is a dispute between the Petitioners and the private Respondents. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks time to examine whether a Civil Suit will be an appropriate remedy.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners will pursue the dispute of the Petitioners with the private Respondents in appropriate statutory proceedings or a Civil Suit.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought to contend that the Petitioner may be allowed to raise various questions of public importance.

We are not inclined to widen the scope of the present Petition. We leave the larger question sought to be agitated open, to be agitated in an appropriate proceeding.
